BDNY 2016 Wrap-Up

BDNY 2016 has come and gone!

The show brings interior designers, architects, purchasing agents and hospitality owners/developers together with manufacturers and marketers of high-caliber design elements for hospitality interiors. 

 This year, the show expanded to 100,000 square feet of exhibit space housing more than 600 exhibitors. 

 It was the biggest show to date!

We had an amazing spot at the show, a full island booth right by the main entrance. Thank you for all those who came to visit us and show your support. We had a great time showing off our newest products and already can not wait for BDNY 2017!

We partnered with LTM Textile Resources again this year, they handled the fabric textiles while we handles the coated fabrics. We make a great team together.

In case your not familiar with them, one of the main things we are known for at BDNY is handing out these adorable hippos from LTM who sit comfortably in our vinyl handbags that we do specifically for this show every year. These are always a hit! Some people have been going to BDNY for years now and have collected each years unique hippo and handbag. Hopefully you had a chance to snag one before they were gone!


Of course, we got to explore this amazing and beautiful city while we were here. Always a good time!

Our VP/General Manager, Jeff Post, sat down with us for an interview about his position at Enduratex and experience in the coated fabrics industry. The first part in this four-part series is dedicated to his industry knowledge and coated fabrics interest. Parts three through four, which will be published throughout the week, will touch on his impact at Enduratex, his leadership style and personal life. 1 .      How long have you been in the vinyl industry? Jeff : I’ve been in the vinyl industry for 30+ years. I started off selling resins, PVC resins and recycled resins of PVC. 1.    What was your initial vision for Enduratex? Has Enduratex become what you envisioned it would, or has the vision changed with time? Jeff: My original vision for Enduratex was to build it as a ‘household name’ in the markets we served. We were known as CGPC back then and I made it a point to make sure that we got the brand Enduratex out there and that over time, we became known as Enduratex. People began to call us Enduratex and I recognized the need to promote that name. I think we have accomplished a tremendous job in re-branding ourselves and making the brand name of ENDURATEX one that is known and respected. 2.    What qualities define a ‘dream team’? What constitutes a strong team and how have you tried to develop your team into a ‘dream team’?
