This week’s Vinyl of the Week is ROBLE!  ROBLE is a part of our Vineyard Collection that includes Cranzia, Gran Reserva, and Rancio.  ROBLE was added in 2013 adding a deeper grain texture to the collection.


ROBLE delivers a leather-like fabric with rich, braided grain developed to the same performance as sister Vineyard collections Crianza, Rancio, and Gran Reserva. Developed to give the appearance of genuine leather from both front and back, the soft hand, micro-fiber backing and subtle grains emulate the finest leathers and have been developed to meet the performance needs of the hospitality, healthcare, contract and home furnishing markets.

ROBLE features a polyester and rayon mix baking, is anti-microbial and anti-bacterial, has heavy duty Wyzenbeek abrasion resistance of 100,000 cycles, a nominal weight of 34 oz. per linear yard, comes in 13 nature inspired colors and features Enduratex’s PRODURATECT™C topcoat.

Our VP/General Manager, Jeff Post, sat down with us for an interview about his position at Enduratex and experience in the coated fabrics industry. The first part in this four-part series is dedicated to his industry knowledge and coated fabrics interest. 1.    What was your initial vision for Enduratex? Has Enduratex become what you envisioned it would, or has the vision changed with time? Jeff: My original vision for Enduratex was to build it as a ‘household name’ in the markets we served. We were known as CGPC back then and I made it a point to make sure that we got the brand Enduratex out there and that over time, we became known as Enduratex. People began to call us Enduratex and I recognized the need to promote that name. I think we have accomplished a tremendous job in re-branding ourselves and making the brand name of ENDURATEX one that is known and respected. 2.    What qualities define a ‘dream team’?
