 Designers will have endless options with this collection. Beyond the expansive color palette, INDEPENDENCE is a value-priced, general grade product. With the seemingly limitless color options and application possibilities, you have the freedom to utilize this line however you see fit. 

The addition of the Forbid topcoat makes INDEPENDENCE a product that crosses over multiple market segments allowing numerous applications. The fabric is also treated with anti-bacterial and anti-microbial agents making INDEPENDENCE perfect for hospitality, healthcare, spa and massage tables, as well as conference rooms, executive seating, lounge seating and residential.

 INDEPENDENCE is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. It has an abrasion resistance of 100,000 cycles on the Wyzenbeek, has a nominal weight of 32 oz per linear yard, is 1.02 mm thick and comes in 74 colors.

  INDEPENDENCE also features our proprietary Forbid topcoat. Forbid delivers a topcoat for enduring beauty and performance for vinyl products. Even though vinyl is inherently more cleanable than other fabrics and has long been known for superior performance, some stains are hard to repel or get out. That’s where Forbid comes in!

Our VP/General Manager, Jeff Post, sat down with us for an interview about his position at Enduratex and experience in the coated fabrics industry. The first part in this four-part series is dedicated to his industry knowledge and coated fabrics interest. 1.    What was your initial vision for Enduratex? Has Enduratex become what you envisioned it would, or has the vision changed with time? Jeff: My original vision for Enduratex was to build it as a ‘household name’ in the markets we served. We were known as CGPC back then and I made it a point to make sure that we got the brand Enduratex out there and that over time, we became known as Enduratex. People began to call us Enduratex and I recognized the need to promote that name. I think we have accomplished a tremendous job in re-branding ourselves and making the brand name of ENDURATEX one that is known and respected. 2.    What qualities define a ‘dream team’? What constitutes a strong team and how have you tried to develop your team into a ‘dream team’?
