Manet Easy Chair: Like a Beanbag, but Much Cooler!

This is the MANET Easy Chair by Best Before 2065. I know, it looks just like a box of french fries just waiting for you to dive on in. This chair may appear to you as being hard and geometric, but each individual outcrop is in fact a soft pillow that bends and compresses to accommodate the sitter, allowing you to feel as if you're being hugged by the chair!





Designed to provide you with a comfortable seating experience, no matter the posture, you can sit, recline, nap on the Manet chair. Each pillow can even be rearranged or removed and used separately, giving you full flexibility over how you want to place yourself on the Easy Chair. The gap between pillows in the easy chair also make for a rather unique holder, allowing you to wedge books, phones, or tablets inside.

The Manet comes with an MDF Box base draped with a Vinyl Fabric, inside which are kept 16 pillows. Each pillow is crafted out of soft foam and lined with polyester that can be removed and washed periodically. Manet is entirely manufactured in Brianza, Italy, by qualified artisans.

The Manet Chair is the first product entirely designed, developed and marketed by the Best Before 2065 brand. The Manet chair is designed to recreate the sense of freedom we experience when we relax outdoors. On Manet, like on a field of grass, you can read, take a nap or just relax in its soft "stems".

Our VP/General Manager, Jeff Post, sat down with us for an interview about his position at Enduratex and experience in the coated fabrics industry. The first part in this four-part series is dedicated to his industry knowledge and coated fabrics interest. 1.    What was your initial vision for Enduratex? Has Enduratex become what you envisioned it would, or has the vision changed with time? Jeff: My original vision for Enduratex was to build it as a ‘household name’ in the markets we served. We were known as CGPC back then and I made it a point to make sure that we got the brand Enduratex out there and that over time, we became known as Enduratex. People began to call us Enduratex and I recognized the need to promote that name. I think we have accomplished a tremendous job in re-branding ourselves and making the brand name of ENDURATEX one that is known and respected. 2.    What qualities define a ‘dream team’?
